So we want to fly somewhere on spirit now first they are giving us a hard time just to buy the tickets... then when we had paid for our flight they would not let us take bags that have rolling wheels. okay... so then we got dropped we paid for the tickets 2 TIMES... before we got the tickets...
then we call in to get help on this. guess what Spirit Ended The Call! there terrible team just dropped us... we paid about $175.00 Into their terrible system... still we got nothing...
so then we decided that this was ridiculous so we are trying to find out whether we should quit and fly delta or deal with it...
